Book a table in the eclectic games Games Room!
Whether it’s a special occasion, a teambuilding activity, a playtest for a game you’re developing, or perhaps just wanting to play some games with friends, you can book space in our games room!
When can I book for?
Our games room is available for bookings in two-hour slots Monday to Friday from 10am until 6pm, as well as some weekends. See the below table for more info!
Please note that each booking is for a TWO-hour slot. If you make your booking for a slot that will end after 6pm, you will forfeit the rest of your time and you can’t bank it for a future booking.
Tables can be booked from as little as an hour and up to 30 days in advance. If you’re looking to book further ahead, please contact us. If the software doesn't allow you to book at a time we should have available, we will be fully booked. Get in touch with your requirements and we'll see if we can fit you in.

Table bookings will be turned off from Monday, December 15th, to Tuesday, January 6th, for the Christmas period!
How much does it cost?
For games and standard table bookings, the cost is £5 per person attending, payable at the till when you arrive for your booking.
For miniatures gaming, we charge £10 per person for a 4 hour slot.
If you'd like to extend your gaming time and we have the space, you will be able to extend either table choice for another 2 hours for £5.
What's included in my booking?
Space in our games room for the number of people you include in your booking and full access to our 2000+ library of board and card games!
For miniatures gaming, you get a larger table and a longer timeslot. We are acquiring different boards and terrain for the store to support various games, but do feel free to bring along your own to use. We currently have terrain available for Star Wars Shatterpoint.
Here’s how it works:
- You pick your date and timeslot in our booking software below. You can book a space for up to 30 days in advance!
- You select how many people will be attending, including yourself! You can book for up to 10 people - if you require more, please contact us.
- You enter your details. Please note that they must be correct so we can contact you if we’ve got any questions!
- Please fill out the requests with why you’re booking the room. This helps us arrange the tables for you in advance!
- You turn up on the day and pay at the till for the number of people attending. Please note that we will need the names of every attendee for fire safety regulations.
Important info!
By booking a space in our games room, you agree to follow our games room rules. Unfortunately, our games room is located downstairs and not wheelchair accessible.
We may be able to help advise and teach games, however, this will need to be discussed in advance and may include an additional fee if we need to bring in additional staff members. Please contact us to discuss this prior to booking.
