The Wolves is a pack-building strategy game for 2-5 players. It's survival of the fittest as you compete to build the largest, most dominant pack by claiming territory, recruiting lone wolves, and hunting prey. But be careful not to expand too recklessly into terrain where your rivals thrive – they may lure members of your pack away.

A clever action-selection mechanism drives your choices. Each action requires you to flip terrain tiles matching the terrain where you wish to take your action. These double-sided tiles mean the actions you take this round will set up which terrain types you can act on in the next round. As you take actions to expand your pack's control of each region, you also upgrade your pack's attributes, allowing you to take more aggressive actions as the game goes on.

In three mid-game scoring phases, power is calculated in each region. At the end of the game, players tally points based on VP tokens earned in these scoring phases and the highest VP number revealed in each of the six tracks on your player board. The player with the most VP wins!

What can I order?

Most items on our website can be ordered to your home. Please note that all of our event tickets are e-tickets only!

Can I just pick it up from your shop?

Yes! Please make sure you select the "I would like to collect my order in store" option during the checkout. You can see our opening hours and shop location on our contact page!

How much does it cost?

It is £6.95 for parcels up to 10kg.

Why have your prices gone up?

Most couriers have raised their prices at the beginning of the year which made our deliveries more expensive.

When will my order arrive?

If your order is placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday, we'll dispatch your parcel on the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched on the following working day, orders placed on a Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands):

If your order is for the UK mainland, it should arrive the next working day if you've ordered before 12 noon.

Non-Mainland UK

For orders to the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland, the parcel will be shipped with a two-day tracked service.

What couriers do you use?

For UK mainland we use InXpress to arrange deliveries with DHL and UPS. For orders to non-mainland UK we usually use Royal Mail Tracked 48.

We frequently review our shopping options and will substitute other services or carriers as required for the best combination of an efficient, cost effective, and reliable service.

I'm not in the UK, can I order from you anyway?

Sorry, for now we are not offering deliveries outside the UK as the delivery charges are astronomical. If there's something you can't find elsewhere, we may be able to do a custom quote for you. Please get in touch.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we guarantee to exchange any goods or refund the cost of the item, provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Before returning unsatisfactory goods please contact us for a returns number.

PLEASE NOTE: Eclectic Games is not responsible for costs incurred in supplying or returning correctly supplied and undamaged goods, and we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of up to 25% of the value of the goods. We recommend that returned items are sent by Recorded Delivery (or an alternative trackable delivery option), as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. In the case of wrongly supplied or damaged goods we will refund your postage costs.
