Christmas is a time when it is very easy to wind up having bought the same thing as someone else, or having received two of the same game. Our returns policy until the end of January is designed to handle this.
Items need to be returned in the condition they were purchased in – we will not accept returns of opened products.
If you have been given an item bought from our store that is a duplicate, or otherwise incorrect, and have a receipt, we will happily exchange the item for something else, or provide the amount of store credit due on a gift card.
In the absence of a receipt, if we can identify the transaction we will follow the procedure above, otherwise, any exchange or credit is at the discretion of the manager.
In general we will not offer refunds for incorrectly purchased items.
This does not include products which have a manufacturing defect or are otherwise faulty. Those are subject to our standard terms and conditions, where we will first attempt to remedy the fault, and then refund the purchase if remedy is not possible.
