This second expansion for Race for the Galaxy delves into the growing conflict between the Rebel and Imperium forces reflected in the takeover rules that allow players to conquer military worlds in other players' tableau's.
It also adds new starting worlds, new goals (adding to those from Gathering Storm) and the action-cards for an extra player taking the potential maximum to five, or to six if combined with Gathering Storm.
Not a complete game the original Race for the Galaxy (and optionally Gathering Storm) is needed to use this expansion
