The bureaucratic dance and too often hostile negotiations required to keep things running smoothly are left to Baron-Administrator Lando Calrissian.

Lando Calrissian and Lobot are two iconic characters, closely associated with each other, especially in "Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back" and "Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi." Their roles and backgrounds are deeply intertwined with the storyline of the Cloud City of Bespin.

Lando Calrissian is a smooth-talking, charismatic gambler, entrepreneur, and former smuggler. He is known for his sharp wit, considerable charm, and a knack for getting in and out of trouble.

Lobot is Lando Calrissian's aide and chief administrative officer in Cloud City. He is distinctive for his cybernetic implant, the Lobot-tech headgear, which connects directly to the city’s central computer. This implant enhances his computational abilities but at the cost of some of his personality, making him mostly emotionless.
