Description
You’ve been tasked by the city council to put together a plan to transform a whole neighborhood in the city. You have the opportunity to build new housing, office buildings, parks, and leisure areas near the waterfront. It is in your hands to make the city a better place.
Cities is a city-building game in which you draft the best projects and arrange them in your own playing area. Designed by Steve Finn and Phil Walker Harding and illustrated by Jorge Tabanera, it allows games for groups of 2 to 4 players, ages 10 and up, lasting about 40 minutes. With action and resource draft mechanisms, it will give you the opportunity to visit the cities of Sydney, Venice, New York, Barcelona, Rio de Janeiro, Lisbon, Mexico City, and Buenos Aires. Can you design the most magnificent neighborhood?
The game is played over eight rounds (or four rounds in a two-player game). Each round, players use their workers to collect 1 scoring card, 1 city tile, 1-2 feature tiles, and 2-4 building pieces. City tiles are made up of park spaces, water spaces, and building spaces. Building pieces are placed on building spaces of the same colour to form buildings, which can be 1-4 stories high. Whenever a player fulfills an achievement, they place one of their discs on the achievement board. At the end of the game, players add up the points they have gained from all of their scoring cards and achievements.

What is Patreon?
Patreon is a subscription-based membership platform used by creators, artists, organisations, and small businesses like eclectic games to create extra content or unique access. Subscribers are called Patrons, and memberships recur monthly. Patreon was founded in 2013, has over 8 million users, and has a robust platform, which is why we chose it.
What does this mean for me? Do I have to subscribe?
No!
For the vast majority of people, the experience of coming to our store or events will not change. We will still be open seven days a week and still run our events. Patreon offers a more premium experience for people who are already firmly invested in supporting the store and want guaranteed preorders and early access to news and events that may sell out quickly.
If you're a Pokemon, Lorcana, or One Piece Player or Collector, this gives you guaranteed access to products at launch for RRP.

What can I order?
Most items on our website can be ordered to your home. Please note that all of our event tickets are e-tickets only!
Can I just pick it up from your shop?
Yes! Please make sure you select the "I would like to collect my order in store" option during the checkout. You can see our opening hours and shop location on our contact page! If you are purchasing an event ticket as well, you will need to complete that as a separate order, as event tickets can't be selected for 'pickup'.
How much does it cost?
It is £7.50 for parcels up to 10kg.
Collecting your order from our shop is free!
When will my order arrive?
The majority of our parcels are shipped with a two-day tracked service by Royal Mail (Tracked 48). They are usually picked up the day after you've placed the order.
Please note: We no longer deliver to Northern Ireland.
Why have your prices gone up?
Most couriers have raised their prices at the beginning of the year which made our deliveries more expensive.
I'm not in the UK, can I order from you anyway?
Sorry, for now we are not offering deliveries outside the UK as the delivery charges are astronomical. If there's something you can't find elsewhere, we may be able to do a custom quote for you. Please get in touch.Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we guarantee to exchange any goods or refund the cost of the item, provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Before returning unsatisfactory goods please contact us for a returns number.
PLEASE NOTE: Eclectic Games is not responsible for costs incurred in supplying or returning correctly supplied and undamaged goods, and we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of up to 25% of the value of the goods. We recommend that returned items are sent by Recorded Delivery (or an alternative trackable delivery option), as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. In the case of wrongly supplied or damaged goods we will refund your postage costs.
Eclectic Games reserves the right to alter or amend the specifications and/or prices of the products offered for sale, or withdraw them completely without prior notice.
Our Guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
