Our shop is located in the old Butter Market, just round the corner from the Oracle Shopping Centre. Easily recognisable landmarks to tell you that you are very close are the Alehouse Pub (formerly the Hobgoblin) at the end of pedestrianised Broad Street, and the Starbucks and Costa Coffee facing each other at the entrance to the Butter Market four or five doors along from us.
To reach us from the train station, walk directly up Station Road to the crossroads. Cross into pedestrianised Queen Victoria Street and keep going until you reach Broad Street (John Lewis will be in front of you). Turn left and wak along Broad Street until you reach the end of the pedestrianised area. Turn left between Starbucks and Costa Coffee, and we are on the left, just past the Sony Centre.
Most of the bus routes in town stop across the road from us, although there is some disruption due to the ongoing town centre traffic plans. The nearest car park to the shop is the Oracle Riverside. This is particularly recommended if you are planning to attend one of our evening events, since the fee for 12 hours from 6pm to 6am is only £3. The all day parking rate at weekends is substantially more and you may be better looking for alternatives. There is no free parking to be had in Reading these days, but there are moderately priced options available with some of the town centre car parks.
